By attending the above-mentioned event, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Personal Responsibility
Participants attend the event voluntarily and at their own risk. They acknowledge that they are aware of any risks that may be associated with their participation in the event, including but not limited to risks related to [e.g., alcohol consumption, physical activities, etc.].
2. Liability Disclaimer
The event organizer is not liable for any damage or injury sustained by participants during the event, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the organizer or their agents. For instances of simple negligence, the organizer’s liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) that are fundamental to the event’s execution.
3. Responsible Conduct and Alcohol Consumption
Participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly and to be mindful of both their own safety and the safety of others. Each participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their actions and behavior throughout the event.
4. Health Conditions
Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to attend and participate in the event. Any health conditions that could impact the participant’s safety or the safety of others must be disclosed to the organizer before the event.
5. Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings
Participants acknowledge that photo, video, and audio recordings will be made during the event. By attending the event, participants grant the organizer, its partners, and affiliated third parties the right to use these recordings for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without any further consent from the participants and without compensation. This includes the use of the recordings on social media, websites, in print media, or in any other format deemed suitable by the organizer and its partners.
6. Use of Recordings by Third Parties
Participants agree that the photo, video, and audio recordings taken at the event may be shared with and used by the organizer’s event partners, sponsors, and other third parties involved in the promotion or documentation of the event.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is [jurisdiction, e.g., the city where the event takes place], unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.
8. Acceptance of Terms
